Quality Assurance

We aim to provide the highest standard of quality to every installation. If you have concerns about the installation, we want to hear about it so we can try to put things right. All enquiries we receive are taken seriously.

We aim to provide the highest standard of quality to all works and recognise that the delivery of quality products and services is essential.

Every installation will receive a handover pack containing associated workmanship warranties and product guarantees for the measures installed.

If you are a private homeowner, you will receive these directly upon completion of all measures.

For social housing tenants, these will go directly to Wealden District Council or their associated incumbent contractor.

In all cases an Osborne Energy workmanship warranty is invalid if the works are accidentally damaged, intentionally damaged, sabotaged, modified, or affected by acts of nature. The Osborne Energy workmanship warranty is issued in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.
