What information will Osborne Energy Ltd hold about you?
In order to complete these works, it will be necessary for Osborne Energy Ltd to obtain and store certain information regarding residents.

Some of this information will be made available to us from Wealden District Council. In this situation we are a Data Processor (as defined by Data Protection Legislation) for the local authority.

Some information we will obtain directly from you, either through our local site team or when you contact us directly. In this situation we are a Date Controller (as defined by Data Protection Legislation).

Your information will be held by Osborne Energy Ltd and may be shared within the Osborne Energy group of companies (including its successors).
