Resident Engagement

The different ways we interact with you

At Osborne Energy, dedication to our clients and their residents is at the forefront of our obligations. Good relationships with our clients and their residents are achieved through great communication and being empathetic to their needs.

One of our most successful ways of communicating our projects is through our resident engagement sessions. These informal and relaxed sessions allow residents to talk about upcoming work and raise any queries or concerns they may have in person.

Talking to residents in person strengthens the relationship between client and resident and provides a more positive experience for everyone involved. In addition to project information, we also provide energy saving tips and free LED lightbulbs

We engage with residents in a number of ways. This can be in person or over the phone. You can speak to us at one of our organised community group sessions or individually in your home when we visit.

Osborne Energy thoroughly enjoy opportunities to hold engagement sessions with residents. It allows us to have discussions in a relaxed atmosphere where residents can open up and feel comfortable raising any queries or concerns they may have. Great communication and keeping residents updated is a vital part of their installation experience

Benefits Outreach Session

In October Osborne Energy attended Wealden District Council’s Benefits outreach session. This was Osborne Energy’s second year attending this event, providing energy saving tips and advice to residents. We also gave out some free LED lightbulbs to help improve the energy efficiency of homes across Wealden.

Millfields Open Day

Osborne Energy held an open day in one of Wealden District Councils void properties. Holding the Open Day allowed residents to gain an insight into what they can expect to see installed in their property. There was also an opportunity for them to meet some of the Osborne Energy team and the manufacturer of the pumps, meaning knowledgeable sources were on hand to answer any questions.

The Open Day allowed the residents to see first-hand what an air source heat pump install looks like, as well as the benefits of the works. The free LED energy saving bulbs provided also gave the residents a quick and easy way to help reduce their energy bills.

Previous Events

Residents of Lennox Court were warmly invited to an engagement session where they had a discussion and were provided details of the proposed works to the building. The session was held at Kings Church, Heathfield, with refreshments provided by the Noakes Coffee Café on behalf of Osborne Energy.

At the positive and informal session, we discussed the proposed scope of services which are varied and include energy saving measures as well as improvement works. The session also provided an opportunity for residents to raise any queries or concerns they have with members of the Osborne Energy team on hand to answer these. Information for residents to take home was also provided.

Around Wealden with Ideal and Osborne Energy

Osborne Energy recently toured the streets of Wealden on Ideal Heating’s very own product display van.

On board the van was an range of Ideal heating products including an air source heat pump. This allowed residents to see the product up close and ask any questions they had in relation to the product. Simon from Ideal heating answered questions and provided facts and information about heat pumps improving residents knowledge, awareness and understanding of the product.

If you did get the opportunity to come and see us then we welcome any feedback about your experience. Please get in touch to tell us what you thought.

If you missed the opportunity to visit us then don’t worry. You can still contact us for any information and advice about air source heat pumps.
