The Project
Year-4 of continued the fabric first approach scheme carrying out; planned works, reactive works and void homes installations.
Working in partnership with client incumbent contractors to achieve the joint goals of increased comfort levels for tenants and the general maintenance of social housing stock.

Total of 268 homes had energy saving measures installed over the 12 month period.
