Project Overview
Lennox Court is a pair of 3 storey flats in Heathfield, a small town to the south of Tunbridge Wells.
Osborne Energy have been engaged by the property owners, Wealden District Council, to upgrade the properties.
The scope of services are listed below:-
- Cavity wall extraction and refill
- Repointing works
- External wall insulation detail works around concrete lintels in the communal areas
- Rainwater goods management
- Breached DPC works
- Finlock gutter detail works
- Replacement windows and doors, to ground and first floors
- Replacement windows, to mansard roof
- Mansard roof works to include insulation
- New flat roof to include insulation
- Flat Roof Solar PV & new roof access for maintenance
The proposed services are designed to improve the buildings and the overall living conditions of its occupants.
Lennox Court Improvement Works – Update
The extensive improvement works at Lennox Court will address damp and mould issues, improve energy efficiency, and create a warmer, more comfortable living environment for all residents.
Please note that the planned completion date has been revised from December 2025 to March 2026.
