Background
Chiddingly Cricket Club are a friendly, sociable and inclusive club based in East Sussex.
The Project
The club were in need of upgrading their equipment to improve their training and play. Osborne Energy donated £1500 for the purchase of a mobile cricket net, spring back cricket stumps, pop up fielding nets and a slip catch cradle.
Outcomes
The donation of new equipment will be extremely beneficial to the team and players by improving their standard of training and play.
Myself and Chiddingly Cricket Club would like to take this opportunity to thank Osborne Energy Ltd and yourself for your amazing generosity in supplying us with training equipment for our Cricket Club.
We have just started a junior section to encourage participation within our local community and outlying villages, of boys and girls of primary school age.
The mobile batting cage and fielding equipment means that we can offer a whole range of activities for our junior members.
